SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION
Service and Support Administration is available to anyone eligible for DD
services. Service and Support Administrators help coordinate resources with
agencies and professionals in the area, assisting families in identifying
services to meet needs and goals. These services are intended to maximize
the quality of an individual¹s life in the least restrictive manner.
Services include:
- Information and referral: provided to all individuals seeking assistance regardless of eligibility
- Needs Assessment: Determine eligibility and establish services
- Service Coordination and Linkage: Ensure needs and goals are met to improve individual's quality of life in the least restrictive manner
- Major Unusual Incident: Investigates alleged, suspected, or actual occurrences of incidents that adversely affect the health and safety of an individual. These incidents are reported to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
- Crisis Intervention Assessment: On call 24 hours for emergencies. Call First Call for Help at 1-800-468-4357 and they will notify the Service and Support Administrator.
