Defiance County Self-Advocacy Group Krispy Kreme Fundraiser

Information for our Sellers!

1. Money is due at the time the order is placed or by Thursday,
   October 19^th!
2. Please have all checks made payable to “NOWAC”. Please have them write “Advocacy Fundraiser” in the memo line.
3. Cash is also acceptable.
4. Customers can pick up their orders on Wednesday, October 25^th at the DCBDD,195 Island Park Ave., Defiance OH 43512 between 8am-4pm.
5. We are fundraising because:

• Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month activities in March of 2024 (Billboards, Mural Downtown, Newspaper Article, etc.)
• Advocacy Events around the State (This would supplement the advocates out-of-pocket expense)
• Disability Accessible Equipment around Defiance County. (such as wheelchair accessible swings in local parks.)

 

Details for Fundraisers/Advocates to Know

1. Sales will take place Thursday, September 21^st through Thursday, October 19^th.
2. Please keep the order sheets and money in the envelopes provided.
3. Be sure to fill out your order forms accurately with contact names and phone numbers for each order.
4. Please submit order forms and money on or before Thursday, October 19^th to Toby at DCBDD.
5. Pick up of orders at the DCBDD,195 Island Park Ave., Defiance OH 43512 between 8am-4pm on Wednesday, October 25^th.
